About us

OSI Dans is the student organization for couple dancing in Oslo, Norway. While we are primarily a group for students, others may also apply for membership. We offer courses in a variety of dances, as you can see by the course schedule and the menu on the left. You can take our courses alone or bring a partner alone, but please notice that we rotate partners in all our courses. We do this to make the teaching more effective as well as to create a dancing community.

Access and Membership

Our courses are mostly held in the facilities of SiO Student Sports, with a few exceptions held at Chateau Neuf. All courses except those at Chateau Neuf require you to buy an access card or single entrance tickets to the facilities in addition to membership in OSI Dans. To become a member of OSI Dans, you need to register through the central webpages of the OSI organization, www.osi.no.

Join our Facebook-groups - you will receive invitations to events and other information. The main group is used for information relevant for the entire group. You should also join the sub-groups for those dances you're interrested in.You can also follow us on twitter.
